In the event that you are not satisfied with a freelancer’s work, you may request a refund within 5 days of the freelancer’s completed work delivery. In order to request a refund, you must provide a detailed explanation of why you are not satisfied. The explanation must be submitted through the dispute resolution process. If the explanation is seemed valid, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. All refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on digital products, services, or gift cards.
